Our products carry our warranty so if something goes wrong, we need to know about it.

General Policy - Guarantee Period.

Our products are guaranteed as follows;

Tuffet = 5 Years

Fan Units = 2 Years

AMD Displays = 2 Years

Wind Check Displays = 2 Years

Anemometer, wind vane and mast system = 1 Year

AMD Landing Pads are covered under the renewal policy.

If a product fails in any way during normal use and has been used in accordance with the owners manual, we will repair it or replace it!

AMD Landing Pads - Renewal Policy

The objective is to keep your ongoing running costs as low as possible.

We offer a unique facility for all our landing pads, send the used pad back and we will inspect it, test and recover the pad as new.

This is an "at cost" facility, you will be charged for shipping, materials and labour.

For example renewing a 2cm DC pad will cost £100.00.

This will include; removing the outer cover, inspecting and testing of all internal electronic circuits, cable and plug, replacing the upper electrical contact surface and finally recovering the pad ready for use.

If in our opinion it will cost too much to repair we will advise you of our recommendations, either we can fix it at cost or we suggest you buy a new one
